ImmDSForecastOperation

The Immunization Decision Support Forecast Request operation to provide standardized request and response interfaces to Immunization Forecasters.

ImmDS Immunization	Immunization event for the patient.
ImmDS Immunization Evaluation	An evaluation of an Immunization event for the patient against a set of recommendations.
